Hello & welcome to Jennie's Crochet Nook! I'm Jennie, curator and maker of all handmade goods in the store. Thank you for being here! 

My love for fiber art began at a young age.  My mother, aunt and grandmother were all creative women who helped shape my own creativity and enjoyment in handmade heirlooms. Even today, many of my grandmother's cross-stitch art pieces are in several family members' homes as cherished keepsakes, remembering her always.  She passed down her talent for cross-stitch, teaching me, which I believe led me to find joy in crocheting today. Crochet was always an art I wanted to learn, but it officially began for me in 2021.  A sweet coworker of mine provided me with a starter kit of yarn and hooks, along with tips and basic lessons in stitches. After 4 years, with the support of my husband, Alex, my dream of opening my own crochet shop is here!

With my passion for family, traditions, heirlooms, and cherished memories, I desire to provide that same opportunity to you through the handmade gifts found in my store.  Each crocheted piece is made with love, carefully focusing on detail, and with the intention and hopes that it brings joy, connection, and smiles for many years!  

Jennie's Crochet Nook is based in Land O Lakes Florida and we desire to bring you both classic & modern handmade items - from cozy, as well as practical, home goods and decor to lovable gifts for any age!
