How to care for your crochet

Whether you already own a crocheted piece or are ready to purchase an item in the store, here are some helpful tips & instructions to care for your crochet. Following these steps will extend the life of your crochet for more years of enjoyment & use!

• Hand wash with cool water is best, but you may also place your crochet in a laundry bag on delicate cycle, cool water
• Hang/Air dry all crochet
• If you see a crochet "tail" - which is what we call the final yarn pieces that are cut and woven into the final crochet item - please do not cut it unless absolutely necessary. Simply tuck the ends back into the crochet
• Some yarn types, mostly used for plushies & snugglers, may shed. This is normal. Simply brush off and remember to wash gently.
